Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Heading To Xbox One, PS4 and PC This Year

The Call of Duty game being released later this year is set to be announced as Black Ops 4, according to reports.

The huge first-person shooter franchise is also said to be returning to a Nintendo platform for the first time since 2013’s Call of Duty: Ghosts. Following negative feedback on the futuristic settings of some recent Call of Duty titles, Black Ops 4 is reportedly going to be set in “modern times” with “boots on the ground”, rather than soldiers with enhanced jumping or flying abilities.

Eurogamer.com cites “multiple sources” in confirming the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 in 2018. The website’s report comes after tweets published by a Nintendo-focused, self-proclaimed ‘industry insider’ Marcus Sellars. He claims Black Ops 4 will be released on Nintendo’s Switch, as well as PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
